Excellent customer service is the ultimate goal at PET BUDDY! All phone calls and email messages will be returned within 24 hours during normal business hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. If the office is closed for vacation, messages will be returned as soon as the office reopens!
I care for cats and small caged pets (birds, ferrets, fish, etc.) only. I do not care for most dogs due to knee issues.
